Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting Wildlife Letters by Trent Sizemore Photography! Because each letter is a physically mailed product, refunds are limited once an order has been placed.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time to prevent future renewals. Charges that have already been processed are non-refundable. If a mailing is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will replace it when possible or help resolve the issue.
Annual prepaid subscriptions
Annual prepaid subscriptions are billed in full at checkout and are non-refundable once purchased. You may turn off automatic renewal at any time before the renewal date so the subscription does not renew for another term. If a mailing is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will replace it when possible or help resolve the issue.
Shipping timing
All letters are mailed at the same time each month, not when you place your order. Orders placed after the monthly cutoff (end of day on the 11th) will begin with the next mailing. Because of this fulfillment schedule, refunds are not provided based on the wait time between order date and the next mailing date.
Address accuracy
Please make sure the shipping name and address are entered correctly at checkout. Orders sent to an incorrect name or address provided by the customer are not refundable. If you made an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before the order is mailed.
Lost or damaged mail
If your letter is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will send a replacement when possible.
