FAQs
When are letters mailed?
All letters are mailed in a single batch once a month, typically around the 10-15th.
Subscriptions started before the cutoff of the 12th each month will receive that month’s letter. Subscriptions started on or after the 12th will receive the next month’s letter.
Your billing date will remain the same each month. Log in to your account to cancel your monthly subscription any time.
What age are these for?
All ages can enjoy these letters! Reading level of the letters will be around 5th to 7th grade. Younger ages can still be read to or practice their reading with some new words.
Are the letters hand written?
Yes! Everything is hand written, drawn, or typed. There is no AI in the designs at all. Everything is a real photograph or illustration.
How do I cancel?
If you create an account with your order, you’ll be able to cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Yearly subscriptions cannot be refunded, but you can turn off automatic renewal.
What is the shipping time?
Shipping is done with basic postage, so allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. It will hopefully arrive sooner, but there’s no tracking. If you haven’t received anything after 21 days, contact us for a refund or replacement!
What is the refund policy?
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but no refunds are given since the letters are physical. Lost or damaged letters will be replaced right away.
Refunds are not available for bundled six or twelve month subscriptions, but you can turn off auto renewal in your account.
Mistyped addresses can not be refunded, but we can send a correct mailing free of charge.
How do I send as a gift?
Enter the recipient’s name and address in your order for shipping, that way it can be addressed to a child or friend.
Which animals are included?
Letters will cover most of the native wildlife from the greater Yellowstone ecosystem, but may branch out in the future.
